What you do there

Write anonymously

You tell your community what you are thinking about. No name, at your own pace.

Talk with others

Other people who know something similar can reply to you. You do not have to explain everything.

Breathe when it gets too much

When a moment feels overwhelming, you open a mindfulness exercise. It guides you step by step.

Why it is different

Anonymous

You decide who you are. No name, no shame, no fear.

Moderated

New posts and comments are checked automatically. Moderators review content and approve it.

Real people, not AI

You talk with real people. AI only helps with moderation, never with emotional support.

No medical advice

This is about talking with people, not about therapy. For medical questions, please speak to a doctor.

Who is the app for?

For everyone with a chronic or mental health condition. Every condition gets its own community. While we are still small, we start with communities for broader topic areas. With more people, they become more specific.
